Terms of Service
Effective Date: 09/17/2026
Welcome to LocatorLoop. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LocatorLoop.com, LocatorLoop mobile or web applications, related software, tools, communications, artificial-intelligence features, and other services offered by Hyve Holdings LLC (“LocatorLoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the platform, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise using LocatorLoop, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into them.
1. The LocatorLoop Platform
LocatorLoop is a technology platform designed to connect rental housing opportunities, renters, licensed real estate professionals, brokers, property owners, property managers, and other authorized participants.
Features may include property listings, rental-search tools, renter CRM functionality, property matching, prospect registration, commission information, transaction tracking, property-sharing portals, communications tools, AI-assisted features, reporting, property-management tools, and marketing resources.
Unless a service specifically identifies a separately licensed real estate brokerage as the provider of brokerage services, LocatorLoop itself is a technology platform and does not act as the renter’s, property owner’s, property manager’s, broker’s, or real estate agent’s representative.
LocatorLoop does not own, lease, manage, inspect, or control properties listed by third parties.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a LocatorLoop account.
Users accessing features designated for licensed real estate professionals must maintain all licenses, brokerage affiliations, permissions, and registrations required by applicable law.
Property users must have authority to advertise or provide information regarding the properties they submit.
Certain services may be restricted by state, license type, subscription plan, brokerage affiliation, or other eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.
You may not share login credentials with unauthorized persons, impersonate another user, create accounts using false information, or access another person’s account without permission.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless you promptly notify LocatorLoop of unauthorized access.
4. Property Information
Property availability, rents, deposits, concessions, fees, qualification criteria, amenities, pet policies, lease terms, commission offers, and other property information may change without notice.
LocatorLoop may obtain property information from participating properties, management companies, licensed professionals, public sources, authorized data sources, and other third parties.
LocatorLoop may display designations such as:
- Verified
- Recently Verified
- Reverification Required
- Property Confirmation Required
- Expired
- Unverified
A verification designation reflects the information available to LocatorLoop at the time of review and is not a guarantee that the information remains unchanged.
Users should confirm material information directly with the property before relying upon it.
5. Commissions and Referral Opportunities
Some properties may offer commissions or referral compensation to eligible licensed real estate professionals.
Commission eligibility is controlled by the specific terms of the property’s offer, applicable law, brokerage requirements, and the LocatorLoop Commission Terms.
LocatorLoop does not guarantee that a property will pay a commission merely because commission information appears on the platform.
Users are responsible for reviewing and satisfying all requirements associated with an offer.
6. Licensed Professional Responsibilities
Licensed real estate professionals remain solely responsible for their professional judgment, client relationships, disclosures, licensing obligations, brokerage supervision, agency duties, advertising, and compliance with applicable real estate law.
LocatorLoop does not replace broker supervision.
7. Renters
LocatorLoop may allow renters to search for housing, communicate preferences, review properties, request tours, express interest, and connect with licensed professionals.
LocatorLoop does not determine whether a renter qualifies for a property.
All application, screening, approval, deposit, leasing, and occupancy decisions are made by the applicable property owner, manager, or housing provider.
8. LocatorLoop AI
LocatorLoop may offer artificial-intelligence features including renter intake, property matching, property summaries, communications drafting, follow-up suggestions, property-data review, commission monitoring, lead-quality analysis, and other tools.
AI-generated information may contain errors or incomplete information.
AI output should not be treated as legal advice, housing eligibility approval, brokerage advice, or a guarantee of property availability or commission payment.
Licensed professionals and property representatives remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before using it.
LocatorLoop does not use protected-class characteristics to rank housing recommendations.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain LocatorLoop services require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize LocatorLoop and its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees, taxes, and authorized charges using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the current billing period.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to LocatorLoop.
By submitting property information, photographs, descriptions, documents, marketing materials, reviews, messages, or other content, you grant LocatorLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and improve the platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit and authorize use of that content.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use LocatorLoop to violate housing, civil-rights, licensing, consumer-protection, privacy, telecommunications, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.
Users may not engage in discriminatory housing activity, submit fraudulent leads, manipulate commission claims, provide false licensing information, scrape the platform without authorization, interfere with platform security, transmit malware, use automated systems to overload the service, or use renter information for unrelated purposes.
12. Third-Party Services
LocatorLoop may integrate with payment processors, communications providers, mapping tools, analytics services, property websites, identity-verification services, AI providers, and other third parties.
Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
13. Suspension and Termination
LocatorLoop may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, comply with law, enforce platform policies, address nonpayment, or protect the integrity of the platform.
Users may terminate their accounts subject to outstanding contractual, payment, recordkeeping, and commission obligations.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCATORLOOP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
LOCATORLOOP DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROPERTY AVAILABILITY, RENTAL APPROVAL, COMMISSION PAYMENT, LEAD VOLUME, TRANSACTION CLOSING, INCOME, PROPERTY INFORMATION ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED PLATFORM AVAILABILITY.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocatorLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Except where prohibited by law, LocatorLoop’s aggregate liability arising from a paid user’s use of the platform will not exceed the amount that user paid LocatorLoop during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify LocatorLoop from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized advertising, discriminatory activity, misuse of renter information, or content you submit.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another mandatory law applies.
Disputes will be handled according to the LocatorLoop Dispute Policy.
18. Changes
LocatorLoop may revise these Terms periodically.
Material changes will be communicated through the platform, email, or other reasonable means when required.
Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

We may use personal information to provide LocatorLoop services, match renters with properties, facilitate connections with licensed professionals, manage property and commission information, operate CRM features, verify users, prevent fraud, provide customer support, process payments, communicate with users, improve the platform, perform analytics, secure our systems, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
Artificial Intelligence
LocatorLoop may use AI to assist with rental intake, property matching, property-data enrichment, communication drafting, lead-quality analysis, fraud detection, commission monitoring, and platform analytics.
AI systems may process information contained in your account or transaction when necessary to provide the feature you request.
LocatorLoop does not intend its AI systems to make final rental-eligibility decisions.
Where required by applicable law, LocatorLoop will provide applicable notices, access rights, or opt-out rights relating to covered automated decisionmaking technologies. California’s privacy regulations effective in 2026 include requirements addressing certain uses of automated decisionmaking technology.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to participating licensed professionals, brokerages, property owners, property managers, service providers, payment processors, communications providers, technology vendors, cloud providers, analytics providers, AI service providers, fraud-prevention providers, and other parties necessary to provide the service requested.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, legal process, regulatory inquiry, or to protect users and the platform.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
LocatorLoop does not sell personal information for money.
Depending on the advertising, analytics, or technology services used on LocatorLoop, certain disclosures could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California privacy law even where no money changes hands.
Where applicable, users may exercise the right to opt out through:
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
and supported browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
California consumers may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Sensitive Information
LocatorLoop seeks to limit collection of sensitive personal information to what is reasonably necessary to operate the service.
Protected housing characteristics should not be collected or used as rental-matching criteria.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining transaction and commission records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods may vary by category of information.
Privacy Requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information or exercise another applicable privacy right by contacting:
hello@locatorloop.com
or through:
[PRIVACY REQUEST URL]
LocatorLoop may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Notice at Collection
Where California law applies, LocatorLoop will provide a notice at or before the point where covered personal information is collected describing the categories collected, purposes of use, sale/sharing practices where applicable, retention information, and a link to this Privacy Policy. California regulations specifically require such notice at or before collection.

LocatorLoop uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No system can guarantee absolute security.

LocatorLoop accounts are not intended for children under 18.
We do not knowingly solicit children to create LocatorLoop accounts.

Locator User Agreement
This Locator User Agreement applies to users accessing LocatorLoop as licensed real estate agents, brokers, leasing professionals, or other licensed professionals authorized to receive real estate compensation.
Professional Eligibility
You represent that you hold all licenses required to perform the activities you conduct through LocatorLoop.
You agree to maintain your license in active status and promptly notify LocatorLoop of any suspension, expiration, restriction, brokerage change, or disciplinary action affecting your ability to perform licensed activity.
If you operate under a supervising or responsible broker, you represent that your use of LocatorLoop and receipt of compensation is authorized by that broker.
Your Relationship With LocatorLoop
You are an independent user of the LocatorLoop platform.
LocatorLoop does not employ you, supervise your brokerage activity, establish your agency relationships, or replace your responsible broker.
Renter Representation
You are responsible for explaining your relationship with renters and providing any disclosures or agreements required by law or your brokerage.
You must not represent that LocatorLoop itself is the renter’s broker unless a separately identified licensed LocatorLoop brokerage is actually providing that service.
Renter Information
Renter information may be used only for legitimate rental-search, transaction, follow-up, and related client-service purposes.
You may not sell renter information, use it for unrelated marketing without required consent, or disclose it to unauthorized parties.
Property Information
You must independently verify property availability, pricing, qualification criteria, concessions, application procedures, and material property information before representing it as current.
Prospect Registration
You are responsible for registering renter prospects according to the requirements displayed for each property.
A registration does not guarantee commission eligibility.
Property-specific registration deadlines, attribution requirements, touring requirements, lease-length requirements, brokerage requirements, and other conditions control eligibility.
Commissions
Commission offers are governed by the LocatorLoop Commission Terms and any additional property-specific terms.
You acknowledge that commissions may legally be payable to your brokerage rather than directly to you.
LocatorLoop may require brokerage information, license verification, W-9 information, invoice documentation, lease verification, or other supporting documentation.
Fair Housing
You agree to comply with the LocatorLoop Fair Housing Policy.
You may not steer renters based on protected characteristics or use LocatorLoop data to discriminate.
Marketing
You agree to comply with the LocatorLoop Advertising Policy.
You may advertise your own licensed services where permitted but may not misrepresent property availability, compensation, pricing, approval likelihood, or your relationship with LocatorLoop.
AI Tools
LocatorLoop AI may assist you with recommendations, summaries, drafts, and workflow suggestions.
You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before sending it to renters, properties, or other parties.
No Circumvention or False Claims
You may not intentionally submit false prospect registrations, duplicate registrations, fictitious renter information, fabricated leases, or fraudulent commission claims.
You may not interfere with another professional’s valid registration or falsely claim to have introduced a renter.
Records
You agree to maintain transaction records required by your brokerage or applicable law.
LocatorLoop records are supplemental and should not be treated as a substitute for legally required brokerage recordkeeping.
Suspension
LocatorLoop may suspend licensed functionality while verifying licensing, brokerage authorization, suspected fraud, commission disputes, or material policy violations.
Property Participation Agreement
This Agreement governs participation by property owners, operators, management companies, leasing offices, and authorized property representatives.
Authority
You represent that you have authority to provide property information and, where applicable, create commission or referral offers on behalf of the participating property.
Property Listings
You agree to provide accurate information regarding:
availability, rents, fees, deposits, lease terms, concessions, amenities, application procedures, pet policies, parking, eligibility requirements, contact information, and commission terms.
You agree to update materially inaccurate or expired information within a reasonable period after becoming aware of it.
Property Content
You grant LocatorLoop permission to display property names, addresses, logos, descriptions, photographs, amenities, contact details, availability information, offers, and other authorized property content for operating and marketing LocatorLoop.
You represent that you have rights to content you provide.
Rental Decisions
The property retains sole authority over applications, screening, qualification, deposits, lease approval, and occupancy decisions.
LocatorLoop does not approve applicants.
Commission Offers
If you publish a commission offer through LocatorLoop, the offer must clearly identify the compensation and material eligibility requirements.
You agree to honor valid commission obligations that were earned in accordance with the terms in effect for a properly registered prospect.
A property may modify or discontinue future offers, but changes should not retroactively defeat an already protected prospect registration unless the applicable offer expressly provided otherwise or the claimant failed to satisfy eligibility requirements.
Commission Verification
LocatorLoop may request confirmation of:
lease execution, move-in, lease term, rent amount, prospect registration, licensed agent information, brokerage information, and other information reasonably necessary to verify a commission claim.
Payment
The property is responsible for commission payments it has agreed to pay.
Payment must be made to the individual or entity legally entitled to receive the compensation.
If LocatorLoop provides an administrative payment workflow, LocatorLoop does not become responsible for the underlying commission unless LocatorLoop expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Fair Housing
Participating properties must comply with federal, state, and local fair housing requirements and the LocatorLoop Fair Housing Policy.
Qualification criteria must be applied consistently and lawfully.
No Guarantee of Results
LocatorLoop does not guarantee lead volume, applications, occupancy, lease conversions, or revenue.
Termination
A property may stop accepting future LocatorLoop referrals, subject to outstanding registrations, earned commissions, disputes, and contractual obligations.
Commission Terms
These Commission Terms govern commission and referral opportunities displayed or administered through LocatorLoop.
Commission Offer
A Commission Offer may be expressed as:
a flat amount, percentage of rent, percentage of lease value, specified number of weeks or months of rent, tiered amount, or other approved formula.
The offer displayed on the property record should identify material conditions whenever available.
Verification Labels
Verified Commission means LocatorLoop has received confirmation or reliable source documentation supporting the offer as of the verification date.
Reverification Required means a previously identified offer may have changed or expired.
Property Confirmation Required means commission information has been reported but should be confirmed directly.
Expired means the documented offer period has ended.
Verification does not constitute a payment guarantee.
Eligibility
Unless the property offer states otherwise, a commission claimant must:
- hold any legally required real estate license;
- be authorized by the applicable brokerage;
- properly register the renter;
- comply with registration timing requirements;
- satisfy any tour, accompaniment, lease-term, or attribution conditions;
- remain the eligible referring or representing professional;
- and provide requested verification documentation.
Prospect Registration
A timestamped LocatorLoop registration may serve as evidence of a referral or introduction but does not independently establish commission entitlement.
Duplicate registrations may be reviewed using timestamps, renter confirmation, property records, communications, touring history, application records, and other evidence.
When a Commission Is Earned
Unless the specific offer provides otherwise, a commission generally becomes eligible for payment after:
- the renter executes the qualifying lease;
- the property confirms the transaction;
- the resident satisfies any required move-in condition;
- and all stated offer requirements have been satisfied.
If the lease is canceled before move-in, the applicant fails to take possession, the transaction is fraudulent, or the applicable offer conditions are not satisfied, compensation may not be earned.
Changes to Offers
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise disclosed.
Where LocatorLoop records a valid prospect registration while an offer is active, the offer displayed at registration should ordinarily govern during the applicable protection period, subject to the property’s published terms.
Payment Recipient
Commission compensation will be directed to the brokerage or other recipient legally authorized to receive it.
LocatorLoop may require license information, brokerage authorization, invoice documentation, tax documentation, and transaction verification.
Taxes
Recipients are responsible for their own tax obligations.
LocatorLoop or a participating property may issue tax reporting documents where required.
Disputes
Commission disputes are governed by the LocatorLoop Dispute Policy.
LocatorLoop may place a payment on administrative hold while reviewing a dispute or suspected fraud.
Broker Agreement
This Broker Agreement governs brokerage accounts and the participation of brokers, team leaders, and affiliated licensees.
Brokerage Authority
The person creating a Broker account represents that they have authority to enroll the brokerage or team.
The brokerage remains responsible for supervising its affiliated licensees as required by law.
Agent Access
The brokerage may authorize eligible agents to join its LocatorLoop account.
The brokerage is responsible for removing agents who leave the brokerage or are no longer authorized to participate.
LocatorLoop may independently verify license status.
Compensation
Where law or brokerage policy requires commission payments to be made to the brokerage, LocatorLoop and participating properties may direct payment accordingly.
The brokerage is solely responsible for determining any internal split or payment owed to its affiliated licensees.
LocatorLoop does not establish broker-agent compensation arrangements.
Supervision
The brokerage remains responsible for reviewing its agents’ advertising, agency relationships, professional conduct, recordkeeping, licensing compliance, disclosures, and transaction activity.
LocatorLoop does not assume broker-supervision responsibilities.
Team Data
Authorized broker administrators may have access to team-level data including renter pipeline information, agent activity, prospect registrations, tours, applications, and commission status.
Broker administrators must restrict access to personnel with legitimate business needs.
Subscription Seats
Broker subscriptions may include a specified number of user seats.
Additional seats may be subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized credential sharing is prohibited.
Fair Housing and Advertising
The brokerage and its users must comply with LocatorLoop’s Fair Housing and Advertising Policies.
Broker AI
Broker AI tools may provide operational summaries, follow-up suggestions, pipeline insights, and team statistics.
AI-generated information is advisory and must not be used as the sole basis for employment, compensation, disciplinary, housing-eligibility, or other consequential decisions.
Termination
Termination of a brokerage account does not eliminate obligations relating to previously earned commissions, active disputes, recordkeeping, confidentiality, or unpaid subscription fees.
Fair Housing Policy
LocatorLoop is committed to equal housing opportunity.
The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and disability. California law protects additional characteristics, including ancestry, citizenship, immigration status, primary language, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, source of income including housing assistance, military or veteran status, age, and other protected characteristics.
Prohibited Conduct
LocatorLoop users may not:
- refuse or discourage housing opportunities because of a protected characteristic;
- steer renters toward or away from neighborhoods or properties based on demographic composition;
- describe a property or neighborhood using discriminatory preferences;
- apply different qualification standards because of a protected characteristic;
- misrepresent availability for discriminatory reasons;
- restrict access to listings based on protected characteristics;
- or retaliate against a person who raises a fair housing concern.
Advertising
Housing advertising may not state or imply a prohibited preference or limitation.
For example, users should not publish phrases such as:
- “No children.”
- “Christian tenants preferred.”
- “Perfect for young professionals.”
- “No Section 8.”
- “English speakers only.”
California specifically protects lawful sources of income, including Housing Choice/Section 8 assistance.
Property Matching
LocatorLoop may match properties using neutral factors such as:
- rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, location selected by the renter, commute, parking, pet policies, amenities, accessibility features requested by the renter, lease terms, move-in date, and property type.
LocatorLoop does not intentionally use protected-class characteristics to rank housing.
AI Requests
If a user requests recommendations based on protected demographic characteristics, LocatorLoop AI may decline that request and offer neutral search criteria instead.
For example:
Instead of “Find a neighborhood with mostly young professionals,” LocatorLoop may offer to compare nightlife, commute, walkability, transit, amenities, or locations specifically identified by the renter.
HUD states that discriminatory housing advertising is prohibited, including words, images, symbols, or targeting practices that convey a protected preference.
Reasonable Accommodations
Properties remain responsible for complying with applicable disability-accommodation requirements.
LocatorLoop may display accessibility information but does not decide accommodation requests.
Reporting
Fair housing concerns may be reported to:
hello@locatorloop.com
LocatorLoop may investigate and restrict accounts that violate this policy.
Users may also contact HUD or the applicable state or local civil-rights agency.
Advertising Policy
This Advertising Policy applies to listings, social posts, emails, SMS messages, flyers, advertisements, property descriptions, profile pages, AI-generated content, affiliate content, and other marketing distributed using LocatorLoop tools or branding.
Accuracy
Advertising must be truthful and capable of substantiation.
Users may not falsely advertise:
- property availability;
- rent or concessions;
- commission amounts;
- application approval;
- income potential;
- occupancy;
- amenities;
- licensing status;
- or the identity of the housing provider.
Commission Advertising
Do not advertise a commission as guaranteed unless payment is truly unconditional.
Acceptable: “Participating properties may offer commissions to eligible licensed real estate professionals. Terms apply.”
Not acceptable: “Get paid $1,000 guaranteed on every apartment.”
Income Claims
LocatorLoop users may not promise or guarantee income.
Marketing Representative materials may describe the program’s compensation structure but must clearly state that payment depends on applicable eligibility requirements and program terms.
Fair Housing Advertising
Advertising must comply with the LocatorLoop Fair Housing Policy.
No advertisement may express a prohibited housing preference or use targeting to intentionally exclude protected groups. HUD specifically addresses discriminatory statements and discriminatory digital housing-ad practices.
Marketing Representatives
Unless separately licensed and authorized, a LocatorLoop Marketing Representative may not advertise themselves as:
- a real estate agent;
- REALTOR®;
- broker;
- leasing agent;
- licensed apartment locator;
- or representative of a renter or property.
Unlicensed Marketing Representatives must not promise to negotiate rent, select housing for a consumer as their representative, determine qualification, conduct licensed brokerage activity, or claim to personally represent a renter in a transaction.
Approved language includes: “Connect with a licensed real estate professional through LocatorLoop.”
Commercial email must use accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid business mailing address, and a functioning opt-out method where required.
CAN-SPAM applies to commercial email, including business-to-business commercial messages, and requires honoring qualifying opt-out requests.
Calls and Text Messages
Users are responsible for obtaining any consent legally required before initiating marketing calls or texts using automated technology.
Opt-out requests must be respected.
AI-Generated Advertising
AI-generated advertisements must be reviewed before publication.
The user publishing the advertising remains responsible for its accuracy and compliance.
LocatorLoop Branding
LocatorLoop trademarks and logos may only be used in accordance with approved brand guidelines.
Users may not imply that LocatorLoop endorses a property, broker, agent, or result unless LocatorLoop has expressly authorized the endorsement.
Electronic Communications Consent
Effective Date: 09/17/2026
By consenting to electronic communications, you agree that LocatorLoop may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, invoices, receipts, transaction updates, commission information, policy changes, and other records electronically.
The federal E-SIGN framework permits electronic delivery of legally required records when applicable consent and disclosure requirements are satisfied, including information about withdrawal, paper copies, and technology requirements.

Any applicable fee will be disclosed before the copy is provided.
Withdrawing Electronic Consent
You may withdraw consent to receive records electronically by contacting:
hello@locatorloop.com
Withdrawal will apply prospectively.
If electronic delivery is necessary to operate a particular service, withdrawing consent may prevent continued use of that service.
Transactional Communications
LocatorLoop may send service-related communications regarding your account, security, renter requests, prospect registration, property activity, commission status, payments, support requests, or other transactions.
Marketing Communications
Consent to receive marketing communications is separate from consent to receive required or transactional communications.
Where legally required, LocatorLoop will obtain the appropriate consent before sending automated marketing calls or text messages.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing LocatorLoop services unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
SMS Opt-Out
You may generally reply:

to discontinue applicable SMS messages. For assistance, reply:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Email Opt-Out
Marketing emails contain an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
Transactional messages necessary to provide your account or services may continue.
Dispute Policy
LocatorLoop encourages users to resolve disputes quickly and based on documented transaction records.
Step 1 — Direct Resolution
Where a dispute concerns a property, commission, renter attribution, or another user, the parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly where appropriate.
Step 2 — LocatorLoop Dispute Submission
A user may submit a formal dispute through:
[DISPUTE URL]
or:
hello@locatorloop.com
The submission should identify:
- the property;
- renter/prospect;
- transaction;
- commission offer;
- relevant dates;
- amount disputed;
- and supporting documents.
Commission Disputes
LocatorLoop may review:
- prospect-registration timestamps;
- property records;
- renter confirmation;
- emails and messages;
- tour records;
- application records;

- license status;
- brokerage records;
- commission terms;
- and payment records.
LocatorLoop may request additional evidence.
Administrative Hold
LocatorLoop may place a disputed payment or account action on administrative hold while reviewing suspected fraud, duplicate claims, competing registrations, or conflicting transaction information.
A hold is not a determination against either party.
LocatorLoop Determinations
Where LocatorLoop administers a platform payment, LocatorLoop may make an administrative determination regarding release of that payment based on available evidence.
Such a determination does not prevent a party from exercising legal rights it may have directly against another party.
Informal Legal Resolution
Before filing litigation relating directly to LocatorLoop, the complaining party should send written notice to:
hello@locatorloop.com
The notice should describe the claim and requested resolution.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days before commencing formal proceedings, unless emergency relief or applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing Law and Venue
Unless another mandatory law applies, disputes involving LocatorLoop are governed by California law.
Any court proceeding involving LocatorLoop will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], California, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.
