WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED LEAD?
A Qualified Lead is a genuine rental prospect who:
- Provides accurate contact information
- Is actively interested in finding an apartment or rental home
- Personally confirms their interest
- Requests assistance from a licensed real estate professional
- Consents to being contacted
- Passes LocatorLoop eligibility and duplicate checks
Simply submitting someone's name or phone number does NOT create a Qualified Lead. The prospective renter must personally confirm that they want rental assistance.

Potential Qualified Lead Fee
When an eligible prospect personally confirms that they want assistance from a licensed real estate professional and passes LocatorLoop's verification requirements, the lead may qualify for a $10 Qualified Lead Fee under program terms.
Completed Lease
+$240
Potential Completed Lease Bonus
If that same eligible prospect ultimately completes a qualifying rental lease through the LocatorLoop network, an additional $240 Completion Bonus may apply under program terms.
